post-secondary education. We are committed to enhancing participation in STEM fields while also providing early access to
global experiences through our short-term academic programs abroad. Each of our TRIO Upward Bound STEM Scholars is awarded a scholarship that fully covers the costs associated with any of our international programs.

Free College Classes for High School Students
Northeastern Illinois University’s College of Arts and Sciences is offering a great opportunity for high school students to get an early college experience, supported by scholarships! Experience college class rigor at NEIU this summer as a high school student.
Dual Enrollment Overview
You’ll earn 3 credits on a NEIU transcript (and are widely transferable to many other institutions). You’ll be taking a real college course with NEIU students, supported by NEIU advisors and staff to optimize your success. You’ll connect with other motivated high school students from around the city.

FREE Small Business Workshops
ABE-LINC would like to host a series of workshops centered around small business and resume building to start the year off! These workshops will be held every Friday starting January 16, 2026 and will continue on until February 6, 2026. The workshops will be based around resume building and other alternative options such as small business workshops
